Refund & Return Policy

At Irtiqa, we stand behind every product we sell. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we'll do whatever it takes to make it right.

This policy follows UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020). Your rights under UAE law are always fully protected.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. Just make sure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and invoice included.

Product Conditions

BMI & Smart Scales

We're happy to accept returns within 7 days as long as the scale is unused, uncalibrated, and back in its original packaging. Used or damaged units unfortunately cannot be returned.

Supplements

Due to health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned once delivered. However if your order arrives defective, expired, or incorrect — we'll sort it immediately. Just let us know within 24 hours of delivery with a photo or video as evidence.

Cold Plunge & Ice Bath

We accept returns within 7 days on cold plunge products as long as they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original sealed packaging. Once used or installed, we're unable to accept a return.

Received Something Damaged or Wrong?

That's completely on us and we'll fix it fast. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo or video. We will repair, replace, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. No return shipping charges will apply in these cases.

Refunds

Once we inspect and approve your return, your refund is initiated straight away. Refunds are issued via your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 7–14 business days to appear in your account — that's your bank's processing time, not ours. We'll always confirm once the refund has been processed on our end.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
