Gift Card Policy

IRTIQA gift cards are a convenient way to shop and share wellness.

Gift cards can be used as a payment method at checkout by entering the unique gift card code.

Using Your Gift Card

If your order total is less than the value of your gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the same gift card code.

You can reuse the same code to redeem the remaining balance on your next purchase.

Example:
If you have a 500 AED gift card and use 250 AED, the remaining 250 AED can be used later with the same code.

Important Information

• Gift cards can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is fully used

• Any remaining balance will not expire after a single use

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash

• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable

• If your order exceeds the gift card value, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

IRTIQA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift card codes.
